We’re pleased to present you with a spotlight on our wonderful Student Community Outreach Ambassador, Sofia Latapie!
Sofia Latapie has been playing the bassoon for seven years and enjoys performing in the orchestra, as well as managing and performing in the wind quartet. She maintains a 4.6 GPA and is earning her full International Baccalaureate Diploma at Great Oak High School. Sofia also serves as President of the City of Temecula Youth Innovators Internship Program and President and Editor in Chief of the Great Oak Gazette. She is also Treasurer of her French National Honor Society and a member of the Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society. Sofia plans to continue playing the bassoon throughout high school and college, where she intends to study public policy, law and economics.
